To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Certain types of items, such as personalized or custom products, may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. To initiate a return, you must request a return authorization by emailing [email protected]. In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.
